I would like to inform you my regret that my telephone is lying idle since 2 nd December 2004 , I have complaint on 25 the November 2004 also for abnormal noisy and MTNL technician had visited and informed me that MTNL telephone instrument is faulty and they will replace the instrument after

compltion of eight years from the installation , so I have to wait for another a year to replace my telephone insturment by MTNL .

On 2 nd Decemebr 2004onwards my line is completely dead and I have registered complaint wide

complaint no 171 dated 3 rd December 2004 , but nothing has been done by MTNL to rectify the fault although a complaint was lodged with them vide no. 171 dated 2 nd Dec 2004 . You are request to kindly arrange rectification on an urgent basis.
