I tried to change NINE (9) phone lines to your company. It was the worst experience I have ever had. It actually almost made me ill.
To give you an example, I have been holding right now almost 20 minutes for Customer service. I called because of a service that I had ordered originally and I never got.
I have already held five minutes for customer service, five minutes for technical help, and they wanted me to hold again for repair service and I refused and had them call me. I am now hanging up. What kind of company would put their customers through this!!!! I never got all the lines changed over.
I would order service only to find out a month later that the order had been cancelled. This was not an isolated event. I intend to write the cooperate headquarters and the FCC.
