help with my complaint

Gateway computer 610 Gateway Drive North Sioux City, South Dakota 57049 Our computer is under warrenty until 2006. the motherboard went on the computer, I called Gateway and requested to be sent a replacement to which I received two weeks later the wrong one, so I called them again to get the right one sent to me and two week later the sent the same one back to me. I then called them back and finally got them to order the right one.

Well that has been about a month ago. We are paying for a DSL connection which we can't use. I have try to contact Gateways several times, but they can't give me a answer as to when I would be getting the replacement. All they can tell me is that it is on order.
