Sears - refund - went to Sears to get his money back so he could go to another store. They said oh no we can only give you a gift card

Went to Sears and purchased all my family gifts. My dad needed his coat early so I gave him the coat. Well it was not what he wanted and he went to Sears to get his money back so he could go to another store. They said oh no we can only give you a gift card.

Well that meant that he could not get his coat but only a sears card. He did not want a Sears card it would do no good in another store. They told him then I need to back to the store myself and get my money back then.

So now I have to go back to Mt Juliet pick up the gift and take it back to Hickory Hollow and get a refund which will take about a month which it will be Christmas in two weeks. After that night mare I will give money only next year but I will not shop at Sears. They were not the least sorry about my trouble
