My concern is that after the warranty period there is a $30.00 charge for tech support. My remedy would be a full refund minus rebates or exchange for a new one with warranty. They have offerred a new CPU. I find that unacceptable. My only reference has been Dell Horizon Desktop I purchased in 1996. I called tech support once during all that time and that was to get instructions on how to increase the RAM.
