Lowe's Companies, Owasso Oklahoma . In March 20 2004 ,we decided to pick our own lamps and other things that our builder told us he was going to put in our new home, he supplied us with the amount to spend which was $881.01.

While at Lowe's we decided we would buy our chandelier somewhere else and to use the extra money to buy a grill item 203313 for $ 213.00 and prop. cylinder(2) item 7383 for 199.00. salesman name was Panhof ,Michael #182193. we had the lamps and fan delivered to our contractor Hadden and we were assured by Lowe's that we could pickup the grill in August ,the day we would take residence in our newly constructed home.

We tried on Sept 20th to get our grill, and now the are telling us they have no record,our paper with the purchases and manager signature now is not valid,they claim they had to update their computers so we are without our grill and propane which we bought and cannot get reimburse totaling $412.00.
