I purchased a 2003 Santefe fron Reliable Imports in Springfield about 6 weeks ago and was promised a servicecard for free oil changes and tire rotation for the first 12000 miles. I have called Eric Quinn several times and have not gotten a response.

I have called Mark the Sales manager 3 times on 12/6/03 and have not gotten a respnse. I feel that once you purchase a vehicle from them you are no longer regarded as a customer.
