Prior to purchasing my phone I went to tracfone.com to see what the coverage area would be for the Motorola 120. On the website, the coverage map for this phone showed a local coverage area of 42 counties. Therefore, we purchased this phone.

Once we began the online activation process, the coverage map for this phone now only shows we will receive local coverage in 12 counties instead of the 42 counties that it had originally showed prior

to purchasing this phone.

We have been completely misled into buying this phone because we bought it based on the coverage area that was shown prior to purchasing the phone by clicking on "coverage maps" and entering our zip code. It was only AFTER purchasing and beginning the online activiation that we found out that the coverage area was nowhere near what was shown by simply clicking "coverage maps" on the website. The phone was purchased at Wal-Mart and they will not allow a refund, only an exchange.

Given that we were completely misled into purchasing the phone based on the false local coverage area shown prior to the purchase, we do not want an exchange, we want our money back immediately and will do whatever is necessary to do so. We will never do business with tacfone again.
