Called on 12/6/04 and after waiting over one hour fior a human response, got a very nasty customer service person who finally provided me the name of a local company and phone number.

Installed the microwave about 26 months ago. Sent e-mail = no reponse. Called on 12/6/04 and after waiting over one hour fior a human response, got a very nasty customer service person who finally provided me the name of a local company and phone number.

 

When I called the local company they said they refuse to work on Daewoo products. I will replace the product with a reliable brand.
