I ordered granite counter tops for my kitchen on 8/18/04 and was given an "invoice" for $2750. I have paid for this by check months ago, and the counters were installed on 08/26.

Problem exists in 2 areas and I have repeatedly contacted the owner and have been ignored.

My notes are below:

Size and color of counter is the issue - size is wrong on one of the counters, the another has color defects. Complaints were made at the time of install when I notice this. Owner took notes, and promised he would order the correct replacements and install upon arrival. A couple of months after this time, a replacement (correct in size) was sent via another employee, but this was the wrong granite, which did not match the other counters.

I followed up with owner, and was rudely told that not only was I not receiving the replacements, but that I caused him and his business loss by my phone call and complaint. He proceeded to speak very harshly and was extremely rude when I pointed out that this mistake was not mine but them for ordering the wrong stone.

Again, I heard nothing back, and waited another month or so, and complained again about this. I have not heard back from owner.

Both counters still need to be replaced with the right granite and the actual size measured originally. I have an incomplete kitchen because I have been waiting this the past 5 months, and still need to tile the walls.
