A Flight from Hell

I have never experianced more pain in my life time then I experianced on your flights from Eguene Or. to Yuma Az..

I was in the hospital so the arrangements were made through my brouther. He told me that I needed a letter from the Doctor to get special treatment on the flight.

HE REQUESTED THAT I HAVE A WHEELCHAIN,ASSISTANCE IN WALKING AND A BULKHEAD SEAT SO THAT I COULD STREACHOUT.

This I had. I showed it at check-in, at the gate and and to the steward when I boarded. I did this on both flights.

My brother had to find a wheelchair in Eugene to get me into the arport and he pushed it to the plane check in. I had no help getting to my seat which was not a bulkhead seat. I"m six feet five inches tall and weigh 240lbs. When I was healthy I would have had a bad time in this seat. Having a Lumbar fracture, broken toe, scalp and left arm lacerations this seat was hell. The steward would do nothing for me.

Arriving in Pheonix there was a wheelchair waiting for me. Upon departure from the plane I told the person pushing the chair that I had to go to the bqthroom bad. She said that there was a toilet at the other end. I repeated that I had to go bad as we pasted some toilets. She kept pushing me to the check-in desk.

I repeated that I had to go and was told that there was down stairs. She pushed me right to the bottom of the airplains stairs and said that there was one aboard.

I recieved no help getting up the stairs even though they had read the Doctors Letter. Once aboard I asked for the bathroom and was told to get into my seat and that it was only an hours flight.

I did not get the bulkhead seat. Three of the four bulkhead seats were open for the intire flight.

You can"t possibly emanage how many time I almost pissed my pance.

The only way I survived the flight was my growing hatedred of your airline and everyone who workes for it.
