BCS Wireless out of N.J they are an independent company,and if I could shut down this little hold in the wall place down I would.

They sell Cell phone with AT&T as there server,well not only did they take my Mother for 2 phone not even 4 phone but a total of 6 phones with an activation fee of 54.58 for each phone which they deducted from her checking account and may I say more then they should of taken,we had a conversation with probably everyone so far that works for this company, trying to get my Mom not all of her money back, but at least some of it..We dont want the phones ,basically what they told me to bad your mom has bought these phone..

With the help of AT&T the phones are disconnected ,disabled no fees,but she has still lost alot of money Thur BCS Wireless.As far as I'm concerned this is truly a high scam operation.I have contacted the BBB.I even asked to speak to Steve Shapiro supposively the President of the Co,but he could not be found.Had a guy ask how did I get the name Steve and I told him it was on there web site.

They also said they had my Mom on tape and I asked to here the tape,well they couldnt play it for me,they refused to send me a return lable to send the phones back,they said they dont send out return lable and again Thanks to AT&T they provided me with a return lable.It reallt shocks me tho that AT&T would have any dealing with a business like this because I really believe that they will discredit agood name such as AT&T...
