For two months now I have been getting these 10.00 debits to my checking account. I thought nothing of it the first few times. I asked my husband if he knew where he charged 10.00 for this WLI TRAVELReservations/values. He had no idea. Until I JUST had anotherone debited,knowing I did not purchase anything recently for that amount and I KNOW my husband didn't because he is in the Army and is currently in the feild with no access to any ATM's or anything to use a debit card. I finally called my bank to see what these were and got the number to call.

When I called I was told that by clicking on a certain 10.00 gas card rebate offer that was where I so called AUTHORIZED them to take these 10.00 debits every month not only one a month but twice a month!! I told the guy Ispoke to that I wanted that authorization in writing. He stated that there was no written authorization and that Ihad a email confirming that they were taking this money. I had nothing telling me that by clicking on something I was going to be charged 10.00 twice a month.

He flat out told me that I authorized this and didn't have the proof that I did but I did and there was nothingto do. SO after many complaints he finally told me he would cancel the membership and refund me 10.00 I was not happy I told him I wanted the 30.00 NOT 10.00 because without auth from me they can not do this. He told me he would put in to get the 30.00 back into my account in three days. Of course I will keep up on this because if that is not taken out I will be LIVID. It's hard enough managing finaces with my husband gone most of the time being in the Army and going overseas for 6 months to a year. I don't want to deal with people ripping me off while he is.
