I live in an area that the nearest TARGET Store is 65 miles one way ,Lafayette, La. or the other direction is about 45 miles.When I go to either place I will buy things I will be needing in the future.On about August 28,2004 I was in Lafayette ,knowing my granddaughters birthday was in November I wanted to buy her a table and chair set. I found the perfect one and they had all the pieces,so I bought it.Her birthday came and she loved it.

She had it about two weeks and one of the legs of the table broke.The next few weeks I went to Houma,LA shopping. I took the table to meet up with rudest person working at the customer service desk. You see my purchase was over your 90 day return .... She said there was nothing she could do for me ,gave me a printed card with numbers to call .I tried over and over to call. Each time only pressing more and more numbers only to NEVER NEVER NEVER TALk to a HUMAN.So I went back to the store the same day and asked for a manager.

Told her my problem and she did finally get a human. I talked to two persons that day to only hear they would e-mail me about my problem and let me know what if anything Target was going to do to try to help me. I shop at Target a lot and never knew or saw the 90 day policy.All I would like to do is to get a replacement part that I will gladly pay for .

The manger in Houma ,LA.,found you were the manufacturer of this table...Restore and Restyles Kid Furniture...My reference #4291583 was given to me when I talked to the guest relations person.I was in Houma on Saturday December 5,2004. I realize you must have your policy but if you buy something to early and don't give it within your 90 days as a gift,and you then have a problem,Why won't you stand by your merchandise even after the 90 days if there a problem with your merchandise.

I hope any of the things I bought for Christmas don't break because you see I shop early for Christmas also.Please contact me with your decision so I make sure I don't buy anything at Target 90 days before I need them. Bought at Lafayette,LA. on August 28, 2004 Returned {or tried] at Houma, LA on December 04,2004
