One of your sales representative called me and invited me to open a demat account which comes free of charge some two years back

Initially I declined but he pressurised to open the account as it was coming free of charges.

All of a sudden they have started to debit charges annually, even though I have not operated the account once.

In vain I have tried to close this account several times, by writing letter several times.

But Still the Account is kept active, and I will get one more dr. in future.

Will the concerned officers help in closing this unwanted account
