And rediff will not listen to you because this is a FREE account. So please do shift to some other service IMMEDIATELY to save your important information from getting fiddled with. Because I am the worst ever sufferer of rediffmail's high handedness. Your sincerely, M KUMAR

I have been using Rediff mail service for more than 5 years now. From past few days, rediff mail was not available (due to maintenance work may be). However today when the service is available, I see all my previous emails gone!!! I had highly important mails and contacts in it, and now I am not able to access them.

I didnâ??t receive any prior intimation regarding the same. I think rediff mail users should have been given prior and constant intimations before any such major changes.
