This I write to share the miserable experience I had by purchasing a top of the line Toshiba palm pilot. I bought the piece of junk from Staples in November 2002, and ever since I had the biggest nightmare with their product support division. Case # 86115 April 2003 Case # 109926 July 2003. The primary disease of this piece of junk was that it would hang up all of a sudden and the whole data would disappear.Even data stored on a SD card would not be retrived. Called Mr. Sanjay Patel of Toshiba America @ their Urbine ,CA office @949 583 3000 and 949 455 2000 at least 200 times but till date I am yet to receive a call from them. This is the most lousiest customer service I have ever experienced. This company is run by a bunch of THIEVES. Please do not buy any products or yours fate will be similar. Sincerely.
