I was talked into joining the Best Buy Reward Zone program because of a large computer purchase made in early September. I signed up to received my certficates by email.
After a couple of months when they had not arrived, I was assured by Customer Service that they had been sent to the email address that I had provided, but they would be happy to reissue them, and if after 10 days I had not received them, to contact them again. (Why it takes 10 days to receive something by email is also beyond me).
Needless to say, after another 2 weeks, I had not received the reissued certificates. I asked if I should change back to regular mail delivery, and I was told I could, and that 10 days after doing so, I should contact Reward Zone Customer Service to tell them I had done so, and then they would reissue the certificates again.... starting the whole 10-days at a time process over again.
I informed the so-called "customer service" people that I would be taking my future business to Circuit City. No response from them over that!
