They were going to help me plan a diet based on my height, weight, so forth. They were going to send me a free bottle of insta trim pills as a supplement to the new diet they had prescribed.

Well, another insta trim sucker has gotten sucked into a scam! I answered a pop up ad for insta trim. They were going to help me plan a diet based on my height, weight, so forth. They were going to send me a free bottle of insta trim pills as a supplement to the new diet they had prescribed.

 

I could purchase more pills after the first bottle was depleted. Although the pills were free, i was to pay the shipping of 6.95 that would be billed to my credit card. this was acceptable to me. Now insta trim is billing my credit card number (without my authorization) regularly.

My bank account has been drafted $9.95 per month since January 3, 2004, even though I called & cancelled the automatic shipments, due to total dissatisfaction with the product, during the first 30 days after receiving the initial "trial" shipment. I have complained monthly on the telephone line at 1-888-829-0625 and to the number next to the debits on my statement 701-663-4529 (both of which answer as "The Weight Loss Hot Line") to no avail. These UNAUTHORIZED automatic drafts continue despite my multiple requests & instructions to the contrary. Also, after 5:00 pm your message says "for faster service send an email to our Customer Service Department" - but does not give the email address - and I have been unable to get it when I call! I finally found it on the internet. Please reply to this email and provide a direct access number to someone with the authority to resolve this issue so that I can recover the unauthorized debits you have made from my checking account. You have fraudulently charged seven (7) instances of $9.95 against my bank account and have, thus far, refused to remedy the situation. I have never received additional product - but have been regularly debited each month- since cancelling in January 2004. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU CEASE THESE UNAUTHORIZED DEBITS IMMEDIATELY AND RE-IMBURSE THE UNAUTHORIZED DEBITS TO MY ACCOUNT.

12/21/07 I today recieved notice from my credit card company that the temporary credit allowed was made permanent by Instaslim at Mandan ND.

They had billed $29.95 in adjunct with negative marketing on their website when I ordered the $1.95 offer on Oct 30. A jumprope and tablets arrived having been mailed on 11/2/2007, and I was billed on 11/10 for the $29.95 membership/forum/internetaccess.

I filed a protest with credit card company and also with the Attorney General Consumer Protection Dept. of North Dakota.

Hoping this information is helpful for any others who purchased a Free Offer from this company.
