AN AWARENESS FOR LOST BAGGAGE:
Kind Sir, 45 days before I lost my bag when I was travelling from Dxb to Jed. it was 23rd October. At the Jed airport I got a baggage Irregularity report from your agent and after 15 days when I came back to Dubai then I went to the baggage department at Dubai airport, they gave me a file opening my case and said you can write THE LOST THINGS IN YOUR BAG. at given leaflet in the file and fax it to us with your ticket, passport and baggage irregularity report. And you also have to check our godown.
I did these all deeds, but I am still waiting for my bag or claim, I had very precious things in my bag and please note I was going to Saudi Arabia for Umrah and I had stop overs when I was going to Jed and coming back to dubai. I was a transit passenger before going to Jed and I bought most expensive gifts from Deirah City Centre, Burjuman Centre rather Meena bazar for my family. I am a member of skywards my membership # is ek167590172 and file # is Jed ek 19470. I have hell of called to your agents in Lahore and Dubai but they response not proper and say that we are still checking , please tell me how much you will check.
Sir my eyes will remain till your kind response, but you also must remember I am a regular passenger and my family also and 45 days have gone now I want to get my bag or claim " I thought that Emirates air line is a very great, and I still like your hospitality in the air and at the air port, but I am very sorry to say that in the case of if you dont take care of me and dont give me my claim or bag to me I will have to contact to my lawer to make a constitutional case against you and I can also publish this case as a news in leading newspaper of pakistan but indeed I dont want to do this I am a business man I have to go Dubai several times a year, I always like to use the Emirates please take care of me and solve my case.
