I am a professional mobile DJ. I just started ordering lights and equip. from this company. They have a very poor customer service and most of all shipping dept. I can't count the many times I have been promised shipment of product, only to find it never left there warehouse.
I have received all sorts of excuses from the Manager who's name is Neil. All they are were stall tactics that have cost me business by not having product in time for dances. Even when I pay extra for 2nd day, it doesn't get shipped until days later and the orders are incomplete.

It showed up with the wrong speaker, speakers cords, and no stands or bag which I had ordered. I just got off the phone with NEIL - he lies. I have now called them 15 times and spent over 3 hours waiting for them to give me a legitamate answer. Neil keeps sayign he will get them to me. He gives me fake tracking numbers. They never show. He says UPS lost them. Nothing. He'll give me "free upgrades" - crap! Never shows. I am going to call the Chicago Better Business Bureau and UPS and tell them about the fraud he is committing. They don't stock what's on their website and as far as I can tell, will ship you whatever they want. And, when it shows up to you, and you get pissed off, they will give you the run around, hope you will disappear, and then keep your money - DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE - THEY STEAL YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!
