I was telemarketed to list a&m video in the aol yellowpages. The copy was e-mailed and approved. The listing was impossible for me to find. I called to cancel & get a refund. I was directed to a catagory other than video production services (with about 700 listings) to motion graphics ..... (with 4 listings) I would never find clients here. I asked to cancel the ad and get a refund. No refund appeared. June I e-mailed please refund me.

Response please wait 2-3 billing cycles. August I called after 2 months. Reply I will resubmit your request. September No refund. I e-mailed a request for refund. No response. October I called & left message. No response. I e-mailed no response. November I called & left a message. No response. December 2004 I called to talk to supervisor AAron.

Response You waited too long to cancel, we only billed you for 1 month. It your fault for not reading what catagory we put you in. They telemarketed me, placed me in the wrong catagory and say it's my fault for not reponding fast enough.

I thought with AOL if they screwed it up it would cost me. I was wrong. They are keeping my 77.50 AAron at AOL
