I purchased 256 MG K-Byte memory module in July of 2004. In September 2004 I received a card in the mail stating my rebate could not be honored without a street address. No mention of requiring a street address as opposed to a PO Box was mentioned in the directins for obtaining a rebate.

I called K-Byte, gave them my street address and was then told I would have to go thru the 2 month process again to receive my rebate. I called 10/31/04 and I got a customer support person who was extremely rude from the get-go and told me my rebate had been mailed.

On 11-17-04 I made another call and was told that the rebate had been mailed 10/26/04. It is now 12/06/04. I thought the rebate was coming from Planet Earth, apparently not. Buyers beware K-Byte!!! R
