Tried twice to e-mail the company with no response. Decided to call the numbers listed on website, one number just rings with no answer during the business hours listed.

On 11/13 I bought items online at Zymetrical.com. According to the website they ship within 3 business days. Order continues to be listed as "pending". Tried twice to e-mail the company with no response. Decided to call the numbers listed on website, one number just rings with no answer during the business hours listed.

Another number continues to beep. The third number is a Nextel number with the response "The nextel provider you are trying to contact cannot be located".

Needless to say I still have not received my product - BUT - I was charged for the product 2 days after I placed my order.
