CINCINNATI, OH 45263 Fifth Third Bank has violated their fiduciary duties by collecting/deducting late charges that were already paid to them. On several dates in which a regular payment on an installment(car) loan was made which included a $15 late charge they accepted the payment but did not correctly credit the

account. Instead they failed to credit the late charges and continued to deduct charges from the principal even when an early payment was made.

Their representatives all the way up to administration could not even check into this. I feel that they slammed the consumer. They collected late charges, more interest because of the delinquency of a few days, and retaining funds from a principal only payment that was made on the same day a payment including a late charge was made.

This banking institution has to be watched very carefully. They have also had problems properly crediting the account within a reasonable amount of time. I could make a payment at a branch office and it still takes them several business days to credit the account. I decided to make branch

office payments in lieu of sending them to the processing center which was taking over 10 business days to credit.

I would suggest before anyone uses this institution for their banking needs to carefully consider. I do not believe they act in the consumer's best

THE ONLY CONTACT I HAVE HAD WITH THIS ENTITY IS TO USE THIER ATM MACHINE ONCE! THEY HAVE NOT BEEN AVAILABLE AT THEIR PHONE OR EMAIL TO REPLY. IT IS A QUESTIONABLE NAME THEY OPERATE UNDER, IF FIVE THIRDS ARE ONE AND TWO THIRDS OR IN DECIMALS ONE POINT SIX,SIX,SIX(REPEATING) THEN THE FIFTH THIRD IS JUST ALONE, SIX, SIX, SIX(666) ANYBODY HAVE A BIBLE CHAPTER REVELATIONS HANDY?
