Complaint for Capital One Credit Card

 

I am posting this complaint as No one at Capital one cares.

 

It is the same answer if you send help via Email We cannot discuss this issue you have to call

 

If you call you have to know the CC #, Zip code, last 4 #'s of social and then phone # even before you get an operator.

 

I was on the phone trying to get assistance with some Fraud charges that were taken off and then put back on and no notification to me at all. I am still fighting this issue.

 

No call backs or correspondence. I was on the phone for 30 minutes literally arguing with a customer service person and then get a Supr and no help at all.

 

then I get disconnected I call back and ask for the department I need to speak to and I have to verify after verifying with the phone tree and this rep hung up on me telling me when I can follow direction she would help me.

 

This is the WORST credit card company I have ever dealt with. I took money from my savings to pay off the balances so I wont have to deal with the unprofessionalism again.
