Wamu home loans-homeownership products-How can a company promote a product to assist a consumer in their time of need only for it to hinder them in the loan run.

In late Februrary-my husband became ill and was hopitalized. We applied for the homeowner's assistance program-not once but twice due to the first form being lost in the mail. Some time went by and i called to check the status--i was refererred to a rep by another rep. The first representative never returned my calls and i was always told they were still working on the application. Other times i was told or my application was being worked on by another representative and another . I never got the results i needed.

Also, to make matters worse--not one representative ask me to submit medical bills to substantiate my claim. Then i started receiving foreclosure notices and house selling companies were calling me and mailing items to my home. The last representative went on vacation and never returned. This was after there was news about a big layoff.

They even had attorneys sending me letters asking for substantial amounts to reinstate the loan. When i tried to sell my home--i was turned down but yet they foreclosed on my home and sold it. Where is the customer or people helping people skills when someone needs your help.? HELP!!

Email User am still receiving notices from the second mortgage--they don't even have the adacity to let them know i am no longer affiliated with the account. Also, no sooner than the home was sold-whoever is the new owner--removed all our personal things and started reconstructing the home. All our memories gone down the drain.
