PC World is a magazine that has repeatedly requested payment from us for services never rendered nor requested. I have become annoyed over $19.97. Simply because after letters explaining that we have never received or requested this magazine we are still getting bills. Now they have become nasty grams pay now or we will refer you account to the "Delinquent Account Department" Not only is there no phone number included with the statements there is no email address as well. I am tempting to pay it but I am wondering how many other people have problems like mine. Thank you Amy R
