I have previously purchased air travel tickets from Mr Ravindra Kohli of Azure travel (Nov 2003) - Azure Travel Bureau Inc.

. His service was satisfactiroy during my first transaction with him. After the first transaction, I made a few referrals and one of my friends even made a purchase of air tickets with Mr. Kohli. I needed to travel again during January 2005 with my family to India for a vacation. Since Mr. Kohli has been providing service to me and my friends, I approached him again on the 3rd of December 2004 to make reservations for myself, my wife and daughter. He was initially prompt in giving me a quote, and I confirmed the reservations by giving him my credit card details. He charged the credit card for a sum of $3150 (ticket price) and told me he has performed the confirmation.

Later, with his consent, I sent him a check from my wife's company for $2200 (a part of my wife's travel entitlements) so that he can refund the same amount back to my credit card. At this point, I have paid Mr Kohli (Azure Travel) a total sum of $5350. I waited for 3 weeks for him to issue the ticket and perform the refund. Nothing happened until Dec 27th.

By this time, I had already called him several times. On the 27th, I tried to reach other businesses in the same building complex and they told me that Mr Kholi's was not to be seen for at least 2 weeks and there has been some other poor customers who tried to reach him as well. Only then I realized that my checks and payments have been misappopriated. When I checked with the airlines later on the same day, they told me that the reservation was never confirmed by Mr Kohli hence they stand cancelled. I hope to get it resolved as soon as possible, as my family has lost hard-earned saving as a result of this transaction

Settlement Explanation:

Since Mr. Kohli has delayed in his response to my calls and has been ignorant in making the ticket confirmation, I now have to spend at least $1000 more to get the same reservation through another agent. I need at least the full refund of $5350 that he owes me and my wife.
