I bought a Toshiba 65 inch TV just 3 months ago from Best Buy and the TV has already gone out. I have made numerous calls to Toshiba and the repair man finally called me back and informed me that he has 3 other TV's in his shop of the same model and does not know what is causing the problem. He cannot pick up my TV until he has identified the problem.

Toshiba is not willing to replace the TV and I cannot get a time when this will be corrected. Best Buy does not want to replace the TV so I would like to let everyone know that this TV has a major defect and I suggest you not purchase this product.

I also will not purchase other Toshiba products to their lack of support if their product has a defect. Just want everyone to avoid the frustration in the future.
