I purchaced an expensive cordless phone June of 2003. The phone went bad less than a year later and I had to pay to send it back for repair. Bell South sent me a new phone and less than 3 months later I suffered the same results. The phone went bad. They said out of warranty and thats it regardless of past problems.
I paid a premium price for the phone because I thought I could get good service from Bell South. I just feel people need to know how Bell South operates.
