My family has been using Sprint for the past 5 years for our cell phone needs. A year ago I had one of the phones placed in my name. Recently I noticed on my bill that I was getting charged $20 a month for something that I never agreed to receive nor did I ever need. It turns out that I began incurring the charges the same day I switched the phone into my name.
I recently spoke with four customer service representatives on the same day. They did little to resolve my problem, but I believe that they did everything they had the power to. Each time I asked to speak to a supervisor. Two times I was just transferred back to the main menu. Twice I was hung up on. For Sprint to charge me over $240 just hoping that I wouldn\'t notice is terrible business practice.
It turns out that not only do they have terrible service in Virginia (I can\'t make a call from inside my house), but they also cannot remedy problems without giving you the run around. It\'s never a good business decision to disenchant young professionals who one day will possess the power to make important business decisions, such as what phone provider to use. When my contract is up you better believe I'm switching to Verizon. Kyle J.
