We are sending this email to complain the following business:

The reasons why we complain the above business because:

1) No price list and brochure provided to customers although requested (prices are done verbally)

2) Lack of essential appliances such as table, chairs, hair dryer, lamps, hangers, and trash can.

3) Carpet and bathroom floor are very dirty, mouldy and bad-smelling.

4) Beddings and curtains are very dirty.

5) TV remote control was not provided.

6) Assistance was not responded appropriately and prompty when requested.

7) Lack of respectfulness and warm welcome.

8) They told us if we paid by cash, they would not charge us tax. However, if we paid by credit card, they would charge us tax.

Generally speaking, this business should be upgraded entirely and professionally to improve their business environment.

As consumers, we have the right to speak our voice to complain the business as indicated.

Please help us to exercise our consumers' rights.
