I HAVE SEND 2 CHECK OUT FOR PAYMENT ON 13DEC, ONE CHECK FOR 25.13 AND SECOND CHECK FOR 50.25. BUT ON 25DEC, I GOT A OVER PAYMENT BILL SAYING I AM STILL DUE FOR 50.25. SO THIS MORNING I CALL IN AND PAY OVER THE PHONE WITH MY CREDIT CARD FOR 50.25. AFTER THAT I CALL TO VERIFY WITH MY BANK AND THE CHECK NO. 1119 WITH 50.25 WAS CASH BY CINGULAR ON 21DEC.
SO I CALL AGAIN AND WAS HOLD FOR 1 HOUR AND TRANSFER 4 TIMES AND I GOT SO UP SET THAT I HUNG UP. PLEASE HELP ME SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AND REVERSE MY CHARGE SO I DO NOT HAVE TO DENY THIS CHARGE LATER
