I ordered and paid for parts to my broken bed from Levitz Furniture. Levitz cashed my check on August 31 2004. Tp this day I still have not gotten the parts. I hav left numerous messages with Marie Giovino ( the person who I ordered the parts through) she refuses to return my calls. I finally had to find the Levitz web site and send a complaint to them directly. I got a responce back from Denise Blake saying he would forward my message to Marie.

The next day we finally got a call from her saying that the parts would be shipped to us from California on the 20th of December, we still have not gotten them. It has now been four months since they cashed my check. My money has not been returned and I have not gotten the parts. I will never shop at Levitz again. I bought the bed at Levitz Furniture and they are the only ones I can order the parts from. Marie Giovino's toll free number is 1-800-445-2503 ext. 2590.
