Hi my name is Roxanna Then and six months ago I joined Cingular Wireless through an agent in Dolphin mall because supposedly I was making the right choice. Since they were combining company's between AT&T since the beginning I have had poor service with in the first fifteen days.

 

I returned to the agent and told them I would like to return the phones and they told me I was unable to do so but to just give Cingular a chance that the service will get better once the combining was final.So I decided to go ahead and keep the phones now about two to three months ago I have called Cingular to let them know about the problem and they said that they will re-download the phones and walk me through the steps to do so after the two times with in those months of re-downloading the phones the problem still occured.So I called Cingular once again and they said OK they will send me another two phones so I accepted. Now when I received the phones and switched to them it was the same story so I returned the phones.

 

Yesterday I called Cingular once again from a payphone (mind you I have two cell phones and I had to call them from a payphone) and I was talking to an agent and informed the agent that I just very unsatisfied with the service I feel I was mislead into beleving that the service was going to be great and that I just wanted to cancel the service and will return the phones and to just please waive my contract early cancellation fee because it just keeps on going back and forth with the service issuse and it is never resolved and the agent told me that I can not cancel with out a fee and that the company does not guarantee service in all areas which is totally acceptable.

 

But I explained to the agent that I don't have service in any areas all day everyday and its just ridiculous. After about twenty minutes and still not getting anywhere I ask the agent to please get a Supervisor and she did so the Supervisor's name was Sonia which she refused to give me her last name. Anyhow again I explained everything to Sonia and she as well refused to cancel the contract with out penalty I explained to her that I feel that I was misled and she stated I apologize but I'm still responsible for the cancellation fee I then told her all I was mislead and she told me there is nothing she can do about that I then explained to her but that agent represents Cingular and they misled me and she told me yes but there is still nothing she can do and I'm still responsible for the cancellation fee.

 

All I want to do is cancel my contract and waive the cancellation fee I'm very fed up and I will tell as many people as possible never to go to Cingular if this is not resolved I'm a very unsatisfied customer and they are trying to make me keep something that I do not want please help me with this situation.
