Hefty quart and gallon freezer bags refuse to zip

I have been using your zip bags for a long time and just recently I have had several of the quart and gallon freezer bags refuse to zip. Hope this problem is going to get fixed because I really do like your bags. I even buy the sandwich bags for my husband to carry his lunch in. Just thought you would like to know.
