Panasonic Kx-TC1000B/KX-TC1001w telephone

Several months ago I received a Panasonic Kx-TC1000B/KX-TC1001w telephone as a present. I only recently opened the box and discovered the phone was white and the AC adaptor was black.

I was disappointed since it is an eyesore. I did not realize that Panasonic would match up different colors.

I called your customer service department and was told that in the event you ran out of white you would substitute black.

I have a Panasonic TV and believe me when I say I will never buy your equipment again.
