Bellsouth

I would like to know how (or where) can I complaint about Bellsouth and really make a difference.

I've been using their services for the past 4 years, and also having problems with them for the past 4 years.

Their services are bad, customer service is horrible, internet service is bad and the bills always come wrong!!!! But that's the only company I know that does home telephone services in the Miami area.

I don't thing that gives them the right to be that bad !!!!

I would really like to find a way to gat a better service!!
