Two years ago I purchased a Breadman Model TR555 after a fire in our home destroyed our Sunbeam Breadmaker. I was very happy with the Sunbeam but couldn't find another one to replace it. I had heard that the Breadman is a good machine so I bought it.

Right away I was sorry. When you open the lid there was a slight smell of dead skunk. I thought this would eventually go away. The machine never produced the loaves of bread that the Sunbeam did, they either didn't rise well or were too dry or too something...

I thought after some time I would get use to this machine but after a while I gave up using it. Today I tried again. Even though the machine has not been used is now telling me it is too hot and will not start. I phoned the company and there is nothing they will do for me since it is out of warranty. I knew I should have returned it after the first use but now I will not buy another Breadman machine.
