On Dec, 22, 2004 I purchase a ring for Crescent Jewelers, the following day I noticed that the prongs were not holding the stone. I then returned to the store and upon speaking to the Manager Valerie she was rude and said there was nothing she would do.
I asked if she could get it fixed and she said no that everything is sold as is. If I would have known this I defitely would not have purchased this ring. I have called the Corporate Office and still have not recieved a response. I then found out from another Crescent Jewelers that the stone in one corner where the prong is, is chipped so it would cost money to replace the stone itself. I am very upset with the situation and would like my money back.
It wasn't a big amount but to me it is. I purchased the ring on sale for $96.80 but did not know it had these flaws or else I wouldn't even spent that on it.
