Silkies Billing Center

I received a past due bill from Silkies for $16.42 for a reported 11/15/04 shipment. I never requested an account from them, never requested the regular sending of any product, and have not received a regular shipment. This seems fraudulent. I owe them no money and do not want to receive anything from them.

The account number they list is 1066864632. I've contacted them at Email User and requested an immediate response. Earlita C
