Precision Tune oil change

I went to get a regular oil change and tire rotation at the Precision Tune on Cheshire Bridge Road Atlanta GA. They did not place the cap back on after the oil change. This resulted in oil leaking onto the engine . I had to goto the dealership to get another oil change plus clean the engine. I contacted the owner who tod me that I should have drive the car back to him(without any oil in it). He quoted Georgia state law which he claims gives him the right to attempt to fix the problem up to 3 times before I can bring my car to another facility. In addition he claimed that I could not prove that the cap was not placed back on by his tech . I eneded up bringing him my receipts to prove that I did pay him and someone else for the same service. He refused to pay me for the cost of the cap replacement. Catherine
