Greyhound Bus from Milwaukee to St. Cloud, MN

The driver was very rude to my 13 year old when she boarded the bus. He yelled at her because she did not have her ticket. Her 16 year old sister was in charge of the tickets. My 13 year old cried most of the time on the bus because the driver was scary and she did not get to sit next to her sister.

They will never take the bus again, which is a shame because we thought that they could go visit Grandma and Grandpa more often by bus. I let Greyhound know about this but did not get any type of response.
