Frontline Phonics Frontline Phonics
I ordered the Frontline Phonics program for my child back in August 04, with the assurance that if I was not completely satisfied I could return the product for a full refund within 60 days. After 5 weeks, I decided this was not the program for my child and proceeded to request a refund. After two e-mails and two phone calls trying to get a return authorization number from Frontline Phonics, someone finally returned my e-mail with a return authorization number and very specific instructions for mailing back my package. I followed the instructions, returned the product, and a few days later received proof from UPS that my package was received by Frontline.
The problem is that it has now been 2 1/2 months since I returned the product and still no refund. After calling and e-mailing numerous times, I finally got a call back from one of the owners, John Lands, on Dec 17th. He apologized, saying the problem would be taken care of immediately and my $250.00 would be credited back to my AMEX within 72 hours.
Well it's now been 12 days since that call and nothing has been resolved. I have again been calling and e-mailing constantly with no response. AMEX has told me there is nothing they can do because the charge is more than 60 days old, so now not only does Frontline Phonics have my money, but they've also got there product back, and at my cost.
