Stearns and Foster Mattress

In Sept 2001 my wife and I purchased a Stearns and Foster "Stillington" Mattress set from Rich's Brookwood Mall Location in Birmingham Alabama.

We are appalled at the quality of the Mattress that Stearns and Foster is producing. The mattress sags heavily in the middle and my wife who is handicapped with Lou Gehrigs disease is not able to turn over without rolling to the center of the mattress.

The center sags over 6 inches from the edges and sides so sleeping on her side of the bed is impossible. Can anyone help or can all of us with this experience get together and file a class action suit to make this company which I understand is now owned by SERTA live up to its warranty obligations!!
