Com This company advertises products that they dont have in stock when you request to cancel your order because it has taken 4 weeks and the product is still not in stock they will cancel your order but will not refund your money it has been three weeks and I have still not received a refund please do not get taken like I did.

This company is a total scam! Like many before that are finding out. They advertise product that they don't have in stock, yet they fail to disclose that information when your placing your order. My credit card was charged and I waited for the item. By 12/11/08 it had not arrived and so I called them (20 minutes on hold.) I was informed that my item was out of stock!!!! No one contacted me to tell me this. So, I selected a different item that I did not like as much and called back to order it (this time 25 minutes on hold)and was told they would upgrade me to faster shipping. The box arrived at the very last of the window for "faster" shipping. I say box, because that's what I got. An empty box with a packing slip telling me what should have been in there. Another phone call that I gave up on after 30 minutes on hold. Another phone call the next day (25 minutes on hold)and I am told this item is also out of stock. Sending an empty box is a pretty odd way to communicate that. I asked for a supervisor. None were available. I was promised a call back at a specific time. No call. I called again (another 25 minutes on hold). This time I was given to a supervisor. Not that it mattered because he offered absolutely nothing other than refunding my money and was, in fact, completely unsympathetic with my being upset at the shoddy service I had been given. He had plenty of excuses though. I would never, ever deal with this company ever again!!!!!!!
