Dear Sirs, My name Is James and I live In Kingsport, Tennessee...I have been with Sprint for years now and I cannot get over what your company pulled right here at Christmas....

I moved to a new address some months back and my old address was Kingsport, Tennessee 37663

.When I lived there, My telephone bill has been over a hundred dollars and your company gave me time to pay my bill with no complaints...At least they never cut my phone off.....Now, I move to a Condo here In Kingsport and your company cuts my telephone off for less than 50 dollars....

Then when I did pay my bill, they tell me that I am going to have to pay another 31 dollars on my next bill for a re-connect bill....I feel like If Sprint wanted me to go to another company...All you had to do was just say so....Your company did not have to be so dirty right at Christmas Time....I still cannot get over the fact that I could slide without paying my bill when It was late In one part of Kingsport and You cut of my phone off under 50 dollars In another part of Kingsport....

By the way, My telephone number that you cut off under 50 dollars Is....1-423-246-1025....I know that no rules were changed...Why the Double Jepardy????.... Sprint did not have to be so Un-careing at Holiday Time........Thank You......James
