After several attempts to contact your agency and Captital One by phone, I have resorted to this written notice of a disputed charge. A. I have no idea why Captial One would send a charge over to collections when my account with them is current and the credit card portion has not been activated. B. I have attempted to contact them on several occasions within the last month about this but get nothing but automated services with no way to leave a message with a real person and the customer can't contact them by email. I would appreciate any and all effort on your part to assist me in clearing up this debt. As of right now, the amount is disputed.
