Cruise from Miami to Nassau, St Thomas and St. Maarten. December 19-December 26, 2004. Worse vacation and worse cruise by far. My luggage was on the Victory ship and I didn't get it back until the 26th. I had only the clothes I was wearing and the staff on Valor did not care.

I even had to spend time waiting for a washer and dryer to wash my only set of clothes. Wasted money and wasted time. Didn't save up for a trip to have a miserable time. After many complaints I was finally given credit to make purchases but it sure didn't compensate for the trouble and wasted time it put me through. Should have been taken care of without demanding and screaming.

The staff was rude and I just can't say anything good about the cruise. The trip was just terrible for me and my travel companions. From being charged for items I didn't purchase to not getting dining seating requested. Also food was not as good as cafeteria quality.

I could go on and on. Everyone on the ship that I talked to had nothing good to say and also said it was terrible and the worse cruise by far. I would like to know who I can complain to to receive a refund. I didn't spend all that money to have a terrible time that was the fault of the cruise staff.
